Not gonna lie, the subscription price feels insane for what it is. I was interested at first, but the cost is just too much for me to justify.

I waited around for what felt like forever, even kept checking the chat every few minutes, and in the end support didn’t fix anything. Frustrating experience.

I ordered the cengage access code and, yeah, it came through without too much trouble. The email didn’t show up right away, which had me wondering for a minute if something went wrong, but it arrived after maybe 20 minutes. Once I got it, the code worked fine. Not exactly instant, but overall it was okay.

I used Cengage Unlimited this semester, and it actually helped me avoid buying three different textbooks, which was a big relief. I liked having everything in one place, and for the most part, the site worked the way I needed it to. There were a few times when logging in or loading pages felt a little slow, especially right before homework was due, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, it made my classes easier to manage and felt worth it

I really wanted to just sit down and read this ebook, but the pages load in a weird way and the text feels way too cramped. I kept having to explain to myself that maybe it was just the app or my settings, but no, it was the same problem over and over. It gets annoying fast when all you want is a smooth reading experience.

I tried to cancel my subscription and still got charged the next month. Support took forever to get back to me, and it didn’t really go anywhere.

I used cengage for one of my classes, and the textbook was accurate. The chapters lined up well with what my professor was going over, and I didn’t really run into random mistakes or stuff that felt outdated.
It made studying a little less frustrating because I felt like I could trust the examples and definitions. Not every section was super exciting or anything lol, but the information was clear, solid, and easy to follow for class.

Support did eventually get back to me and they helped sort things out, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it took longer than I expected, so the experience felt kind of hit or miss overall.

cengage made my class a lot easier to follow. The practice stuff was actually helpful, not just busywork, and it helped me understand things better and better as I went. For me, it was definitely worth it

I use Cengage for homework and it’s usually good with grading. It catches little math mistakes, which helps. Sometimes it marks something wrong just because I typed it differently, but my teacher usually sorts it out. Overall, it’s fine and saves time.

Cengage is fine for getting homework done most of the time, but sometimes it’s weirdly slow or marks things wrong even when I’m sure my steps make sense?? The layout isn’t super hard to use, but it feels a little clunky. Overall, it’s not awful, but I wouldn’t say I like using it either.

I’ve had a good experience with it overall. It’s rarely down, and pages usually load quickly, so I don’t have much to complain about.

I was just trying to get to my class book, but logging in turned into a whole thing. I had to reset my password twice, and somehow I still got locked out of my account. The login page also kept loading weird, which made it even more frustrating. My sister was sitting next to me trying to help, and even she couldn’t figure out why it was acting up. What should’ve taken a minute ended up taking forever.

cengage is mostly fine when I use it on my laptop, so I know the service itself can work, but the mobile app has been frustrating for me. It freezes more often than I expected, and sometimes my assignments either don’t load correctly or just sit there like they’re stuck. A couple of times I was trying to submit work and had to close the app, reopen it, and basically restart the whole process just to get it to go through, which is stressful when you’re dealing with deadlines. It’s not completely useless, because I can sometimes get things done on it, but for an app that students are expected to depend on for classes, homework, and submissions, it really needs to be more stable and reliable

I used the site the other day to get a few things done, and overall it was straightforward. I didn’t have to dig around too much to figure out where everything was, which was nice. There were a couple moments where the pages took a little longer to load than I expected, so I had to wait it out for a second, but nothing that made me want to give up. Once it caught up, everything worked fine and I was able to finish what I came there to do.

MindTap works for getting assignments turned in, but wow, it can be clunky. Some parts are confusing for no real reason, and I feel like I’m forced to sit there and be patient while I figure out where everything is or wait for things to load. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s not exactly a smooth experience.

Finding my assignments is kind of a pain. I end up clicking around for way too long just trying to figure out where my homework is, and sometimes it just takes me right back to the same page. It feels way more confusing than it should be

I’m just trying to get my homework done, so it’s really frustrating when the site keeps freezing or glitching. A homework site should be reliable enough to use when assignments are due. Please fix it

i used Cengage for one of my classes, and the billing was pretty much what i expected. it definitely wasn’t cheap, but the amount matched what i saw at checkout, so there weren’t any surprises there.
the only thing that threw me off a little was that the receipt email took a bit to come through. i ended up checking my bank app just to make sure everything looked right, and thankfully nothing extra was charged.
overall, the billing experience was fine. i didn’t run into any weird fees or random charges, though it would be nice if the payment confirmation showed up faster.

Setting up my course on Cengage was such a hassle. I felt like I was stuck clicking around forever just trying to find the right links, and nothing felt very clear. Maybe I missed something, but it really seemed like the setup process made things harder on me than it needed to. I did eventually get it working, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.
